My strength is my ability to build relationships with my clients in which they feel supported and understood; where clients feel 'stuck' on some level, I can work with them where they are and able to draw on my years of experience to support them in their journey of change, be it professionally or personally.
I work with those who have a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, lack of self-confidence, grief and loss, trauma and addiction recovery.
I am a firm believer in the mind-body link and how psychological or emotional difficulties may cause physical symptoms in the body; I am also a 500 hr accredited yoga teacher and work with those who may have experienced physical manifestations of psychological issues.

Regular Sessions: 50 mins | £85
Should you need to cancel your session for any reason, please give me at least 48 hours notice; if it is not possible to rearrange your session, the fee is chargeable.
Training and qualifications
My core training has been in psychodynamic psychotherapy; combined with this I have a certificate from Tavistock Relationships and I have been working with those dealing with grief in my work with Cruse Bereavement Care. I have an interest in the work of C G Jung and have a foundation certificate in his work. I am currently doing a more extensive trauma training at the Tavistock & Portman.
