I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore any issues in your life. I work with adults and young people (age 17 and above) of all backgrounds, sexualities, religions, beliefs and ethnicities.
I specialise in working with depression and anxiety plus low self esteem, alcohol dependency/addiction, relationship and family issues, anger, men issues, workplace problems, retirement or redundancy, spiritual matters and working with the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
I have a wide range of counselling experience gained in NHS Primary Care (GP Surgery), Education, Drug & Alcohol Addiction Counselling Service and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as well as in private practice and whilst working for Alton Counselling Service.
I abide by the BACP code of ethics and confidentiality. I hold professional insurance and am DBS (CRB/Police) checked. I am happy to work either open ended (as many sessions as you feel you would like) of more short term if you prefer. Please see my main web site for further details.

Training and qualifications
I qualified in 2005 with an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling
I have attended significant additional trainings on CBT and attachment theory. I am currently completing my post diploma in integrative transpersonal psychotherapy at Re-Vision.
