I have experience of supporting people with a wide range of issues, some of which include:
  • depression
  • anxiety
  • diagnosed conditions such as bipolar
  • relationships
  • bereavement and loss
  • low confidence
  • poor self esteem
    and many others.

I appreciate everyone's situation is unique and believe we can all develop the skills and confidence we need to move forward with our lives. However most of us need a helping hand from time to time and I can provide that through counselling.

Whatever your issue you can bring it to our sessions and be listened to with respect and in confidence.

I provide a calm, welcoming, space away from the pressures of your everyday life. Giving you the opportunity to accept and come to terms with previous experiences and to plan for your future.

As a fully qualified and widely experienced Integrative counsellor I adapt how I work to suit your needs. I have worked with the NHS and local charities on both a long and short term basis.

As a counsellor and psychotherapist I work successfully with adults, young people and children. I respond to enquiries within 24 hours and provide appointments within a week of your first contact.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical guidelines.

Prior to training as a therapist I worked within adult careers guidance and used the same listening skills to effectively support people with their career decisions. It was that experience which encouraged me to train to become a counsellor.
