I am a fully qualified Analytical Psychotherapist working full time in private practice. I offer daytime and evening appointments and see people aged over 16. The appointment takes place in my comfortable consulting room, providing a safe, private, individual and confidential space.

I trained with the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy and am passionate about the positive changes psychotherapy can offer. If you are depressed, anxious, feeling stressed and having difficulty coping, psychotherapy can help you. If you are experiencing relationship problems and want to resolve and understand the effects of trauma in your life it is an effective treatment. It can help you to move forward in your life and help you to understand areas that have caused you difficulty.

Psychotherapy can also be very effective in developing a mindful way of living and in exploring your deeper self with the support, empathy, insight and care provided in the therapeutic relationship.

From a young age I wanted to work with others to resolve and understand difficulties that were causing acute distress. I initially trained as a Registered Mental Heath Nurse and Specialist Practitioner in mental health and worked for many years in the NHS, gaining valuable experience in helping people suffering from complex mental health problems. I also worked in the NHS as a psychotherapist.
