Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
People decide to come for Counselling for all kinds of different reasons. It may be in response to a particular problem that has happened in their lives and has has knocked them 'off balance' or it may be something they have been considering for a long time. On the other hand, it may be something that has been suggested by someone close to them or by a professional, such as a GP. Whatever the reason, it can be daunting to consider counselling or psychotherapy and confusing to know which counsellor to choose for the best. There are many different kinds of approaches and all the recent research has confirmed that the most important element in getting a good outcome from therapy is the interaction or connection between you and your counsellor. It's all about who will work best for you.

Fees
My fee is £50 for a 50 minute session
Sessions are weekly, and usually on the same day and at the same time each week. I offer 'open-ended' Counselling sessions, in that I don't insist on a fixed number of weeks, however, if cost is an issue or for any other reason, we can agree to a 6 week initial period of working and then review if you want to go further.
