Clients seek help from me for many reasons, from feeling that life is literally unbearable to a vague sense of unease. Psychotherapy often involves experiencing powerful feelings. I will support and contain you in this process, working at a pace that is right for you. Different therapists work for different people you are welcome to meet with me for an initial consultation to see if you think I would be a good therapist for you.
I provide a safe and discreet space where you can openly talk about what’s brought you to therapy. I will listen carefully and work with you to explore and unpick, not just your current symptoms but also the roots of these issues. By doing this I believe we can work to create more lasting change and relief from distressing and stuck behaviors and patterns.
