About Me

Hello my name is Patrice Buée.

I have experience working in the secondary education age group 10 years old and over. I also work with colleges and university students of all ages including staff members.

In private practice, I work with a wide variety of individuals from various backgrounds, gender, and age I m very open and understanding, and respectful of culture, faith, believes.

I can support you with a range of issues to help you work through grief and loss including symptoms of depression, low mood, anxiety family issues, relationship challenges, insecure attachment experience relating to work-related issues, and long-term health problems This includes eating disorders, self-harming and low self-regard, addiction and procrastination issues and note to forget imposter syndrome

My approach to health and wellbeing is holistic.

My support helps facilitate the exploration of feelings, emotions and behaviours attached to problems or past underlying issues, empowering you to learn and gain an understanding and resolution to inward feelings and problems.

Developing self-awareness and self-reflective responses includes building the tools and skills to maintain healthy boundaries and problem-solve.

When situations do not have solutions the focus is on supporting the emotional healing process.

please get in touch for a confidential informal conversation.

Thank you for reading my statement.

Patrice
