About me
I'm Dr. Patapia Tzotzoli, a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people reconnect with themselves, grow through challenges, and live more presently. I offer personalised, one-to-one therapy for adults - tailored with care, discretion, and evidence-based expertise. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure depth, focus, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply ready to face yourself, we’ll work together to build clarity, resilience, and momentum in your life. If I’m not the right fit, or currently unavailable, I won’t leave you without support. After our free consultation, I can recommend and introduce you to another mental health professional better suited to address your needs from my team. My colleagues offer a wide range of psychological assessments and therapeutic approaches, covering everything from specialist evaluations to evidence-based treatments. Many are located across the UK for in-person support, offer online sessions, and accept most major insurance plans. Whatever step you're ready to take, I’d be honoured to support you.
