Pamela Kingsland
Cognitive behaviour psychologistAbout Me
My counselling and coaching style is strongly underpinned by my understanding of psychology, human behaviour and neuroscience to achieve real and lasting results. I focus on the individual, adept at identifying which approaches to use to get the best results based on the person I am working with. I do not favour one model but draw on elements from Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, NLP, Authentic leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Strengths development, Hypnotherapy, Strategic thinking and more. I strive to make the experience collaborative and powerful, a source of valuable insights and lasting behavioural and attitudinal changes.
