About Me

My approach as a psychotherapist is integrative which means I utilise the appropriate therapeutic approach specific for my client, to get to the root cause of their pain. I work in a collaborative way which includes exploring the childhood to understand current patterns and behaviours to achieve awareness.

With a background in creative marketing, working for corporations in New York, London and Dublin, I understand the stress of moving to new cities and working in a demanding career but also the importance of collaboration to achieve goals. As a result, the foundation of my work is the relationship I create with my clients, as it is through this relationship that awareness is achieved.

My experience includes working as a high intensity psychotherapist for the NHS where I have seen first hand the power of the mind-body connection, as the body can talk to us through illness and disease. I am also a clinical supervisor and supervise qualified psychotherapists and trainees.
