I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and I work at the Brighton Therapy Centre and online. My approach is Integrative and Relational and I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including Relational Psychotherapy,  Humanisitic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural therapies.

Are you struggling with intense emotions, difficulties in relationships or finding your life lacks meaning? Therapy can provide a place to work through life's difficulties and begin to understand yourself. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the heart of change. I would work with you in a way that is warm and empathic, providing a steady presence alongside you, so you can begin to build trust and work through past pain, grief or trauma.

I see the therapeutic process as collaborative, where we would work together to support you to build awareness of your relational patterns, develop insight into your own psychology, change thoughts, behaviours and relational patterns that no longer serve you and to change your relationship with your self.

I am experienced working with clients in the UK and internationally, working with the NHS, Relate, Employee Assitance Programs and in private practice.
