I am an approachable, qualified  BACP   registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I have helped people overcome trauma, anxiety, stress, anger and relationship issues. I have also helped people explore issues of gender and sexuality, offering a supportive and confidential space.

My approach is humanistic, integrative. I work with your goals and objectives for counselling, at your pace. I aim to be active and present in the process, offering my thoughts, feelings or potentially a different perspective, if I feel this will help you.

Often taking the first step is difficult, however the process of being attentively listened to, with respect and without judgment, can have a profound impact on how you are able to manage, and make sense of the difficulties that you may be experiencing, and in finding the solutions that you seek.

I have a natural, relaxed approach and aim to help you feel as comfortable as possible.
