Nicole Bashir Integrative psychotherapist , E8
Counselling can provide space to explore how past experiences and feelings may be influencing how you feel about yourself, your environment and others. Counselling can also be helpful if you are feeling a disconnect within yourself or your environment. I offer confidential and supportive space in which we can think about and explore the feelings that bring you to counselling. Together we will work to gain a better understanding of yourself, your situation and your relationships with those around you and help you to find your own answers to problems and make choices about your life.
I am a qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist who is a member of the BACP. I have over three years of experience using both Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches. I have included art, music and imagery in sessions and understand that these interests and hobbies can be a big part of a clients identity.
I work within the BACP ethical framework which includes confidentiality within the sessions, professional development, and supervision to support my therapeutic work.
