I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, an Accredited member of Ayanay and an approved Anxiety UK therapist. I trained in Humanistic Counseling based on Transactional Analysis however I use a variety of modalities and creative techniques in my practice. These include Rewind therapy for trauma and PTSD, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Couple therapy, and CBT. I am specialized in working with Military personnel and families and have a number of years experience of working with these clients. I also work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, work issues and substance misuse.   I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.
