I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy to those facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social isolation, existential fears, and trauma.  In working with you, I aim to bring warmth and authenticity to the relationship and help build strength and resilience. I believe that each of us has unique special qualities and that as healthy human beings we are always growing and developing. My goal is to help you connect with these qualities and explore this growth, that you may then live the life you wish.

I draw on 6 years of training as a gestalt psychotherapist and 18 years of ongoing personal development work. I believe that the work between you and I is a joint endeavour. In fact, I hold the relationship between therapist and client at the very centre of the work and see it as the place from which growth and change happens.

(Alongside my work as a psychotherapist I also specialise in the resolution of inter-personal conflict. Specifically, I work with parents and children, as well as colleagues in the workplace, who face the pain of relationship breakdown.)
