I am an experienced HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in Derbyshire (near Belper and Ripley) and Mansfield. I work with clients of all ages

I work with individuals, couples and families and offer a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, DBT; Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, CFT.

I offer both short and long term therapy depending on the requirements of the person I am working with. I work psychologically with a wide range of presenting issues (mild to severe)  including anxiety and depression to those with long-standing difficulties in relationships. 

I have worked in a variety of services including CAMHS, Primary Care, Addiction services and adult in-patient mental health.

In addition to face to face therapy I also offer email, telephone and skype sessions.
