Neil Morris
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
If you are feeling anxious and depressed or are engaging in destructive behaviours which are hurting your personal relationships and self-esteem, the I may be able to help you. Working together with you, we can discover why negative patterns keep repeating for you. By becoming aware of these patterns you will be able to make significant and long lasting changes in your life and your relationships.
Therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are unique to you. Working in collaboration with you, we will explore your past and present circumstances and examine any issue that you are facing, so that you can make decisions on how you can improve your life for the better. I do not give advice. I will not tell you what you should or should not be doing, but I aim to provide you with the tools and the knowledge that will lead to personal growth and allow you to make the right decisions for your career, relationships and general enjoyment in life.
If you are having to deal with any of the following, I may be able to help: Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, family issues, feeling sad, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), low self-esteem, bereavement, alcoholism, drug abuse, low self-confidence, stress, sex addiction, porn addiction, loneliness, IVF, fertility, anger management, gambling, hoarding, work-related stress, and internet addiction. This is not an exhaustive list. Please contact me to see if I can help with any other matters that are affecting you.
