About Me

I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist based in Fitzrovia, near Warren Street, Great Portland Street, Euston and Regent's Park.  I provide a private and confidential service to help clients work through their issues and change the way they feel.  I have found that, by providing a non-judgemental space for clients to talk, psychotherapy can have a positive and long-lasting effect on the way they feel about themselves and other people.

Through therapy you can see yourself differently and live the life you want to live. Sometimes talking to a trained professional is the first step towards change.

Life can be hard and over time we all have things that can affect our mental health. If you are having to deal with any of the following, I may be able to help: Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, family issues, feeling sad, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), low self-esteem, bereavement, alcoholism, drug abuse, low self-confidence, stress, sex addiction, loneliness, IVF, fertility, anger management, gambling, hoarding, work-related stress, and internet addiction.
