Neil Craig Psychosynthesis counsellor ,
Life can be unpredictable, challenging and frustrating. If you have come this far you are probably looking for support and relief to enable you to function more fully in the world.
Therapy can help create space and perspective, a chance to breathe and take in experiences while being able to release others, and ultimately a sense of balance. I am a transpersonal psychosynthesis therapist and operate in an integrative way putting relationship at the centre of therapy. My approach involves Gestalt, mindfulness, psychodynamics, person-centred and other theories of well-being and psychotherapy.
You will be offered a non-judgemental space that is entirely yours in which your experience is valued and respected. You are unique, as is your experience and will be treated in this way.
Generally, the work together is open-ended meaning you can decide when to finish or we can organise a set number of sessions. Other than face to face counselling I am also trained in online therapy and offer this as an option at discount considering the current COVID-19 outbreak.
If you would like to discuss moving forward in your journey, feel free to get in touch.
