I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (British Psychological Society) and a member of the Health and Care Professions Council. I have worked in the National Health Service and in Private Practice for 15 years. I use a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Systemic Family Therapy to help children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing emotional and psychological distress.
I work with clients with a range of difficulties that include and are not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, ASD, ADHD, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues.
