About Me

As a highly experienced London based psychotherapist I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation before booking, please get in touch so we can set up a time to talk.

Sessions can take place in person at my practice in Harley Street Central London, Finchley North London or online.  I also offer home visits in and around London.

I'm a fully registered psychotherapist with the BACP and UKCP. I have experience of working as a therapist in a variety of settings including the NHS, a women's domestic abuse counselling service and youth organisations with youth workers and young people. I've lived overseas and travelled extensively, working with non-profit community and human rights organisations. I'm inspired by philosophy, art and culture and enjoy working as an existential psychotherapist due to its innate links with these worlds.

Good talking therapy rests on the quality of the relationship you have with your therapist. Research has shown that regardless of the type of therapy a person receives, how they feel in the relationship with their therapist determines how successful the therapy is. With this in mind I offer a personable and warm approach to psychotherapy where we work on what you bring together and in partnership. I value the human closeness that humour and informality bring to the therapeutic relationship and believe that true healing takes place through that type of connection.

Ask about video, phone sessions, email and text chat. sessions. I'm here to help. You can hold these from your home, a room, your car, a park or any other space you consider safe and private.

We can use Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, Skype, a mobile or a landline phone for these sessions.
