Thanks for visiting my profile. I know finding the right therapist can be an intimidating process and I really hope that some of the things you read will help make that process a little easier. Under normal circumstances, I offer therapy face to face, although having adapted to recent circumstances I do now offer sessions via zoom, and am telephone trained. Due to the current situation I am only able to offer Zoom and telephone sessions.

People come to therapy for many different reasons; you may be feeling overwhelmed or stuck, finding it difficult to communicate, a relationship is breaking down - the list is endless. Whatever the reason may be, as a qualified and experienced therapist I offer a non-judgmental space for you to talk and be supported in. By doing this, we can gain a better understanding of the position you're in and identify  the goals you wish to achieve in counselling. Then, working together we can find solutions that will work for you and help you achieve those goals.

I am warm, plain speaking and consider myself to be down to earth. I can honestly say I really enjoy my job and building relationships with my clients; this is why I have been counselling now for over 15 years. My specialty is relationships, covering all aspects and I have particularly gained much experience in dealing with cross cultural relationships and the many issues that may arise from them.
