About Me

I trained in both Humanistic and Psychodynamic, and I like to draw on either approach that seems more helpful to my clients. I have over thirteen years experience of working with children, adults, couples and families, aiming to help people explore challenging situations or relationships, toward understanding how particular difficulties have risen and help you work through this time. I specialise in complex mental health and support individuals and families who have been affected. I have seven years experience working with children and teenagers who have Learning Disabilities and issues relating to school. I also see clients for various other struggles and work collaboratively to explore what is behind their anxiety, depression and to build self-esteem.

We all face challenges and experience problems that can affect us in different ways. Sometimes this can put pressure on individuals, couples, families and relationships and affect wellbeing. Together we will talk about your difficulties and explore ways to overcome or minimise the effects they have on your daily life.

I provide a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental place for you to explore and work through difficulties in order to foster a greater sense of wellbeing. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and offer this on a short term or long term basis depending on what you prefer. I have practiced CBT in both NHS and private for seven years. I am happy to work with you via video call or over the phone.
