About Me

My name is Nadinne Dyen, I am a qualified psychotherapist and founder of an intersectional trauma therapy centre. My expertise are working with trauma and supporting clients to find greater meaning and purpose in their lives.

I know how hard it can be to reach out and take the first step when you need support.

We are all individual, unique and diverse therefor the reasons for seeking therapy vary significantly.

Typically, people come to find assistance with difficulties they are facing in certain areas in life. Perhaps you are feeling confused, stuck, lost or lacking a sense of meaning and purpose in your life not allowing you to live fully.

Maybe you feel exhausted, that you have tried everything but still feel hopeless, not good enough, lacking confidence and self-esteem reaching a point in your life you know something needs to change.

Or perhaps experiencing overwhelming feelings of stress, anxiety or depression maybe grieving a bereavement, loss or breakdown in relationship.

I provide a supportive and holding space to explore these difficult thoughts and feelings to gain greater understanding, to work through historical or recent trauma's to find different perspectives, more clarity, to find greater balance, wholeness and connection to yourself and others to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I have extensive knowledge, training and experience in working with trauma informed by western psychology as well as spending years researching travelling working with communities across the globe in non-western approaches to working with trauma.

I have extensive experience of working with leaders of global brands, companies within the creative and music industry. I support other leaders and creatives in overcoming blocks, working through current difficulties to achieve greater sense of self and meaning in personal and professional life.
