Would you like to understand how you are feeling? Are you confused and struggling to cope? I can offer you a warm, non-judgemental, confidential and safe place from which to explore these difficult feelings and issues.
I am a person-centred counsellor experienced in working with both adults and adolescents and I help my clients come to terms with bereavement, discover their self-esteem and any uncomfortable issues regarding self-harm, depression and anxiety. I can also help with problems to do with relationships.
