Dr Michelle Tolfrey
Integrative psychologistAbout Me
Taking the first step to seeking help is a courageous one and it can be overwhelming knowing which therapy or therapist is the right one for you. With so many to choose from, it can be very hard to know where to start.
The advantage of meeting with a psychologist is that we are trained in a wide range of evidence based therapies that have been proven to help with many emotional and mental health difficulties. Psychologists can therefore draw upon a number of different therapy styles and techniques to best help you.
My aim as a psychologist and therapist is to offer a safe and containing space for you to explore what is causing your distress, whilst also finding a way forward to help you to live the life you want to lead. The therapy I provide is dynamic and interactive; it is a joint endeavour in which we both work towards achieving your goals.
I am the Clinical Director of a practice of highly skilled and compassionate psychologists. Please do look at our website for more details regarding the therapies we offer and the difficulties we have vast experience helping people with. You can also read the profiles of the other psychologists in the practice:
