About me

As a qualified integrative counsellor and coach, I help clients who want something different to traditional counselling or coaching. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the areas of your life you are finding challenging, a space for exploration and growth, a space for reflection, somewhere you can process your thoughts and deepen your self-awareness. By combining counselling and coaching, I support clients practically and emotionally with a human, whole-person approach. It’s less like traditional therapy and more like a collaborative conversation. Together, we’ll explore the personal and professional, reflect on the past and navigate the present while always focusing on the future you want for yourself. I have experience in working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, career challenges and chronic health conditions. I also specialise in life transitions like a career change, divorce, motherhood, menopause and navigating the journey after a late neurodiversity diagnosis.

Training and qualifications

I'm a qualified therapist with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London and a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling Skills from the Gestalt Centre. I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work in private practice as a counsellor and coach (face to face, and online). I retrained after 20 years working in the PR & Communications industry. The combination of my professional background with my therapeutic expertise is a perfect fit for clients dealing with burn-out, self-esteem issues, workplace challenges, career dissatisfaction, imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression.
