I am a person centred counsellor offering counselling sessions from 2 locations in Shropshire.  I was born in Hertfordshire, did my training in Cardiff and recently located permanently to Shropshire.  I am a mum and was formerly a dog trainer. 

During sessions we talk about what you want to talk about, in a safe, understanding, confidential environment.  When was the last time you felt really heard or listened to?

I have worked with many varying issues, for example carers coping with the issues that come with caring for other people, people who have had significant life changing events, redundancy, divorce, loss of a loved one etc.  I have also experienced clients that are suffering from anxiety and/or depression.

I also have lots of experience working with victims of domestic abuse. Helping them to build confidence and regain self esteem as well as supporting their journey to recovery and regaining their inner strength.

I have counselling rooms in 2 locations.  The first that is not in a public area and has plenty of parking. I can assure clients of discretion, as well as a setting which is calming and peaceful in the Shropshire countryside between Telford and Shrewsbury.

The second is in Wellington Centre which is accessible by train or bus.
