I’m passionate about helping people and trained as a therapist in psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to therapeutic practice. In other words, I respect your autonomy and capacity for growth while also considering unconscious processes and the possible influences of early relationships. My own personality invites honesty, humour, and introspection.
Therapy may be challenging to begin but I’ve worked with many people who have gained a lot from it - it's a valuable source of support because it offers a uniquely safe space set aside from our usual social expectations and judgements. It is a relationship in which your self-discovery and path to greater peace are the priorities.
