About Me

I’ve been a hypnotherapist for over 16 years, working with all sorts of conditions. Through long experience and training I have developed a range of conditions in which I specialise and teach; these include anxiety, sexual problems, addictions & obsessions and IBS.

I have taught hypnotherapy around the world at universities and medical schools and founded the ‘Evidence Based Practice in Clinical Hypnotherapy’ annual conference. Currently I am researching the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with hypnotherapy with the University of Birmingham, where I also act as a visiting lecturer to the medical school
