I have a very gentle counselling approach. My professional approach is Person-centered which means it is centered around you and the work is done at your pace with empathy and without any judgement. I will walk the miles that need to be walked in your shoes and accompany you on your journey. I might guide and suggest at times, even challenge if relevant but it will never be forced. Rather discussed with you and working out how you feel about it.

My fees are £60/hour.
Concessions are as follows:
£50/h if earning between £25,000 and £30,000/a.
£40 if earning between £20,000 and £25,000/a.
£30 if earning less than £20,000/a or on benefit with Housing Element.
Training and qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling as well as extra credits in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I have extensive experience with Depresiona and Anxiety, Stress, Traumas and Phobias. As well as Childhood traumas and issues, Bereavement, Emotional abuse, self-esteem and self-harm.
