About me

Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, suicidal thoughts, hearing voices, I am here to help. I have extensive experience working with both adults and children/adolescents, and some of the issues I specialize in involve low self-esteem, trauma, communication difficulties, and loss of meaning. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, no matter where you are on your journey. I am deeply committed to providing therapy that respects and values each person’s unique cultural, religious, ethnic, and social background. I believe that understanding and honoring these aspects of who you are is essential for building trust and creating a safe space for healing. No matter your heritage or identity, I work with sensitivity and openness, ensuring that your individual experiences and perspectives are acknowledged and celebrated throughout our work together. I currently work at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where I support young people and families facing a range of mental health challenges. In addition to my clinical work in the NHS and private settings in the UK and Greece, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse cultures and communities, which has deepened my understanding and commitment to providing empathetic, inclusive therapy for all. My approach is grounded in systemic therapy, which means I view problems as interconnected with relationships and the larger systems you are part of—family, work, and society. By looking at the bigger picture, we can explore how patterns of interaction and communication may be affecting you or your loved ones. This approach can be helpful for individuals, families, couples, and young people, and is particularly effective in understanding and changing entrenched dynamics that may be causing distress. I offer online sessions in both Greek and English, so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself in whichever language feels most natural to you. I hold an MSc and PGDip in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy, an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and a BSc in Psychology. Additionally, I have completed training in Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), which further enriches my ability to support families with challenging behavior. If you're ready to explore how therapy can help you find new perspectives and pathways to healing, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

We usually start with weekly sessions, so that we can encourage trust and therapeutic relationship building. After some weeks (eg 3-6), it may be useful for us to meet every other week, so that you can have the time to reflect on what was discussed during the session, and maybe test some of the suggestions/ observations in practice.
