My name is Margaret Cawley I am based in the United Kingdom a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®, Grief Reiki Practitioner, and Grief Coach with a background of working corporately in Human Resources. In addition to my corporate work I founded Your Life Gym - a Holistic based business for Individuals and Businesses in 2009.

After the death of my mother in 2013, and my brother in 2019 I became a “student of grief” and compounded by the death of my Dad in 2020 I set out on a lifetime mission to explore the often misunderstood human experience of loss. 

Through educational programmes, workshops, retreats, weekly podcasts, and one-on-one grief guidance, I help grieving people find direction, get support, and cultivate radical self-compassion after devastating loss.
