Hello and thanks for viewing my profile.  If you are reading this now, I guess its because you have a need for some support in your life at this time.  Counselling can help you by providing a very private space where you can share your thoughts and feelings about what's happening, with me, in your Counselling session.  People usually find that simply by beginning to talk about their difficulties, things begin to become clearer, and its then possible to find ways through to a better future.  Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or any other life issues (such as bereavement, trauma, abuse, anger, workplace problems, and basically any life problem),  the Counselling that I offer can support you.  I have worked as a Counsellor since 1999 and have long experience in my field, particularly in addictions, short-term and solution focused work.  I am qualified in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis, and I am happy to explain more about what this is, if you request it.  I also have qualifications in Online Counselling, Couples Counselling, and Psychodynamic Supervision.

My BACP Code of Ethics requires that I maintain complete Confidentiality with you, once your sessions begin.  And I will then be unable to share any information about you with anyone else, without your consent.
