I am a qualified counsellor and specialise in bereavement and support. Bereaved ones may not know what to expect following the death of a loved one. However, certain emotions and challenges are common and can often be anticipated. Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, guilt, bouts of anger and anxiety are just a few of the bouts or mood swings that are experienced. I won't skirt around issues I am not afraid to go into deep areas. I will accept what you bring to the table and not judge in any way. I want you to feel safe, so you can tell me how you’re really feeling. That’s why I take your confidentiality very seriously. I work in collaboration with empathy and non judgement, I know it may seem daunting to open up with someone and to share your most inner thoughts, but I can assure you I will make you feel relaxed and secured while still maintaining professionalism.
