Are you : Stressed? Angry? Confused? Anxious? Depressed? Feeling unconfident? Stuck? Having relationship problems?
Do you feel overwhelmed by life events or circumstances and look around to see whom you can turn to. Sometimes it feels difficult to talk to friends, family or colleagues or they may not respond as we would hope.
Counselling and psychotherapy can offer you a different experience of being listened to and understood by a professional, someone unconnected to friends or family and who can offer space where your concerns can be heard in confidence.
I offer a safe comfortable space where any problems and difficult emotions or thoughts can be listened to and explored in a safe, non judgemental, confidential way of working.
