Lucy Stacey
Person-centred/humanistic psychotherapistAbout Me
Hello, I'm Lucy, a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in Twyford, near Winchester. I offer professional, experienced, warm and non-judgemental counselling and psychotherapy for clients to explore issues safely and freely.
Person-centred therapy is a refreshing therapeutic method; "walking" with you, employing empathic understanding and non-judgemental warmth and acceptance, respecting and trusting your inner resources and supporting you on your journey. This facilitates reconnecting with your personal power, self-trusting and movement in the direction of fulfilment, effecting healing, self-acceptance, change and growth.
