About me

Life can be challenging, right? Ever feel like you're struggling to navigate day-to-day life, like you don’t feel entirely like yourself, or like you're not achieving what you want? Perhaps you're finding it difficult to connect with those around you, and it feels like no one truly understands your experiences. Therapy can be a valuable resource to support you through these challenges. My name is Lucy Prokic, and I am an experienced integrative counsellor dedicated to empowering and supporting individuals like you. I specialise in working with people who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, and its related challenges such as mental health difficuties. My practice focuses on areas such as navigating neurodivergent experiences, building self-understanding, developing effective coping strategies, and addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I strongly believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, so I keep my standard rate as low as possible and offer additional discounts to students or anyone experiencing financial difficulties. So what is intergrative counselling? Integrative counselling is an approach that embraces the individuality of each person. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, which allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. This ensures a comprehensive and personalised experience that works for you. My ultimate goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, overcome the challenges you face, and embrace personal growth in a way that feels true to who you are. Taking that first step towards positive change can be both empowering and daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you through the process, every step of the way.
