Initial therapy consultation: 15 minute phone call (free of charge).
Ongoing therapy: Individual sessions last for 50 minutes.
Training and qualifications
I am on the ADMP UK register of private practitioners and working towards full UKCP Accreditation.
I have worked in academia as a Visiting Lecturer, Dissertation Supervisor and Associate Tutor in universities in London and North West England, UK.
My scope of practice includes working with children, young people and adults in mainstream, SEMH and SEND school provisions, Community Hospice, Residential Care, Supported Accommodations and Lodgings including a mother and baby service, Acquired Brain Injury Charity Community Services, Fostering, Early Intervention, Transition, Preparation and Moving on Services, Youth Justice, and pre-trial therapy work. I also have experience in parent-carer direct work and alongside multi-agency professionals offering training, advice and consultancy.
I am trained and certified as an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) Caregiver and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) Group Model Facilitator.
Recently, I completed a Foundation Course in Psychoanalysis with the British Psychoanalytic Association (BPA) and PG Certificate in Supervision with the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy (MIP).
