I am a person centred counsellor and therapeutic coach. I offer a safe space for working through issues, challenges, complex feelings and emotions. With every person, no matter the way in which they are struggling or the reasons for it - I begin in the same place, with them beginning to tell me their story. The experience of my client is where I place my attention and empathy and we work from there. This process of therapy entails slowly exploring the underlying causes to the present day problems. Quite often we find unmet needs from childhood, forgotten hurts requiring attention and care, and potentials that have not yet blossomed, but through the awareness we bring to them, may. My approach is client centred, holistic and intuitive. 

I have found that sometimes a client is seeking tools in processing their feelings and understanding themselves more deeply and would like to do this quickly without entering into longer term counselling. For this reason I have come to offer therapeutic coaching which is shorter term and focusses on strengthening the ability for self care. Clients practice the tools I bring within the sessions and then make use of them as and when they need to within their lives. Having tools to navigate inner challenges can create calm and confidence and I love to share these with my clients.
