Hello there, are you are looking for friendly, affordable counselling that can support you through the night or at unusual times? If so then you have come to the right place as I am able to offer online and over the phone sessions at flexible times to suit you. As I am an integrative counsellor specialising in person centred counselling, drama therapy and CBT skills, I can support client's in a way that suits them as one size does not fit all. 

My previous experience was working as a Counsellor for the NSPCC and I have over 5 years of experience in counselling young people and adolescents, as well as 2 years of counselling adults in an NHS sexual health clinic. Therefore, I am interested in supporting clients of any age and from all walks of life.

I began my counselling career after going through a difficult period in my own life which allowed me to realise the importance of having the right support when facing challenging times, and how beneficial it is to take care of our mental health just as much as our physical health. 

I am a warm, approachable and empathetic person who is passionate about helping and supporting people in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where clients can feel seen and heard. I believe that you are the expert in your own life so rather than giving you the answers I can support you on your journey to understanding yourself, changing for the better and managing your feelings in a healthier, more fulfilling way.
