I am an individual and couples therapist, somatic therapist, wellbeing coach and yoga teacher. I have worked with couples and individuals for over 20 years and I additionally have experience of working with families, including blended families, divorce and separation. 

In my therapy practice, I explore with the client or couple past patterns of behaviours that may have led to becoming stuck in a cycle. This allows the client/couple to think about their situation in a different way. I tend to work with couples within an attachment based approach and am also client led.

I use a coaching approach with couples and individuals to help them communicate in a different way and to facilitate couples to develop empathetic listening in a more nurturing and emotionally focussed way.

I like to incorporate warmth and empathy into the sessions. I introduce an environment where the couple or individual feels safe to open up and discuss difficult feelings.

I also work with the Mind and Body using a variety of techniques from mindfulness, Yin yoga, body scans and tapping into the subconscious mind to help with childhood trauma, past trauma, anxiety, family difficulties and difficulties within relationships as well as many other individual issues.

As well as offering therapy sessions, I have created a monthly membership which includes meditation, affirmations,Yin Yoga, hypnotherapy and deep relaxation practices to cater for your self-care. For less than £5 a week you can access My Wellbeing Place at any time, whenever it fits into your schedule. New classes and practices are offered every month.
