Body psychotherapy psychotherapistAbout Me
Body Psychotherapy and Biodynamic Massage Therapy work on the principle that body, mind and soul are functionally united and inseparable and that we are inherently able to fully experience ourselves and engage with the world around us from all levels of our being.
My aim is to assist each individual in exploring and overcoming stumbling blocks and habitual patterns that might inhibit your inner capacity for self-regulation and self-actualization. I use a range of different techniques such as talking therapy, massage, body movement, guided imagery etc to facilitate connecting with and integrating what emerges in each session, helping you tap into your inner resources and capacity to heal body, mind and soul.
One of the unique elements of Biodynamic Massage is that it goes beyond the physical sense of self and supports your experience step by step always at your own inner pace working with what is most on the surface and ready to be explored in a deeply embodied way.
