Lisa McLaughlin
Integrative therapistAbout Me
Using an integrative relational model of psychotherapy, I build an approach which is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual client. The therapy I provide is mostly talking based, but I incorporate the body as a way to access deeply held emotions.
After you have made contact, we will arrange a 50 minute face to face initial consultation, where you can outline difficulties you’re experiencing and what you hope to achieve. We can also decide if we’re a good fit to work together going forward. You may want to look at a specific issue such as depression, addiction or bereavement. Or you may be troubled by a deeper sense that something isn’t right with your life, such as noticing yourself repeating patterns of behaviour that can cause difficulties. I provide a safe, confidential space where together we can explore what’s happening for you.
