I have carved out a niche in working with young people (16+), this is something I am passionate about. In my experience the most comfortable approach is a gentle one at my clients' pace. 

I have trained in integrative-relational counselling. This means that I can draw from various theories to support my client along with my tool kit of helping techniques. My common-sense, compassionate, kind and patient approach along with my genuine interest in people complements my experience.

Of late, most of my clients have come to me with anxiety and depression, and together in our relationship we have worked on these issues to help towards a more manageable way of being in their world.
