Hello, my name is Lin and I'm really interested in helping people access their creative energy to live more satisfying, peaceful lives. 

More formally I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist and endorsed supervisor and trainer using Transactional Analysis. 

I provide counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. I've worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, anger and bereavement. I've worked with people who have been abused. I've helped couples with their relationship and coached people to get more out of life and work.

I think therapy and counselling is about helping people to understand themselves better and from that understanding make changes if they wish to live more satisfying lives.  I work in a variety of different ways - sometimes we will sit and talk, sometimes I may invite you to move about, use objects or art materials, sometimes I may suggest we go for a walk. 

I think it is important in therapy and counselling to work with people to help them to establish what they want. I see myself as an equal partner in the way we work together and my role is to provide support, feedback and information in a way that can be of benefit to you
