I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).  I work with adults, older adults, students, and teenagers (aged 14 onwards).

You may decide to start counselling for many reasons. For example, you could be dealing with difficulties including, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, or other challenging life situations that are impacting your wellbeing. Or you could be overwhelmed by feelings such as sadness, confusion, anger, or distress. You may wish to explore your personal experience of neurodiversity.

I offer an empathic, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to talk freely about your concerns. I respect everyone's uniqueness and individuality and will work with you specifically in relation to your situation. You can bring whatever is on your mind to sessions and together we will explore how this is affecting your life.

The focus of our therapeutic work together is to process your past or current distress. Understanding how these feelings have influenced your mental health, relationships, or general well-being can help you make sense of your circumstances, gain greater self-awareness, and broaden your perspectives so that change becomes possible.
