You might have experienced a traumatic event in your life which has left you feeling your world has collapsed and you are struggling with everyday life.

I provide a safe, non- judgemental and private environment to think about the issues that are concerning you where the time is for you to be heard.

Anxiety, depression, sex-related issues, shame, sexuality, dependency, grief, trauma, sexuality and stress are all able to be worked through in therapy. I have not come across much that cannot be worked through, and welcome any complaints or issues, and people of any age or background
