Lenya Samani Integrative psychotherapist , SE1
I am trained as an integrative therapist, which means I am able to evaluate and respond to each client as an individual rather than meeting everyone in the same way. I incorporate a wide range of different ways of working into my practice but, essentially, I work relationally. I think it is helpful for the therapist to be responsive, and real, in the room. My aim is always to empower the client and to explore alongside them, while providing the necessary conditions for growth.
Training and qualifications
I have a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Minster Centre, and am working towards an MA in Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.
I charge £60 per 50-minute session.
