About Me

Let's face it, relationships with humans can be difficult. We have lots of different relationships, with family, partners, friends, colleagues and with ourselves.

How we see ourselves and how we see others makes a big difference to our relationships. Sometimes relationships can feel easy and bring us satisfaction and other times they can feel like hard work.

And of course, relationships can often end, either through our own choices, the choice of others or through the ending of a life, all of which can be extremely painful and difficult for us to come to terms with.

Having a weekly therapy space to talk and make sense of your experiences, can really help you to find new ways of living and being in the world, make sense of your emotions and make changes in your life.

Everyone's welcome! People from the LGBTQ+ community, people who are neurodiverse, and people who are ethnically and culturally diverse.

I'm a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP.

How can I help?
I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk, think and explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. I am interested to hear about your past and present experiences, your relationships and how you view yourself and the world around you.

I am also interested in how you create meaning in your life, make choices and live your life authentically.

What to expect?

We will meet for an initial 50-minute session, so you can talk about what you're looking for from therapy and get a sense of how I work and how I can help you. We'll decide together, whether to have another session or you can have time to think about it.

Where do I work?

I provide sessions in-person in London, SE6 and online, using Zoom.

I provide both short-term and open-ended sessions so we can work together for as long as it feels helpful for you.
