About Me

Relationships with humans can be difficult.

Do you keep finding yourself in relationships with 'the wrong' people?  Are relationships with family members, strained and not as you'd like them to be?  Do you find yourself falling out with work colleagues or friends but not really knowing how that happened?

And of course, relationships can often end in ways we weren't expecting or in ways which can be extremely difficult for us to come to terms with.

Having a weekly therapy space to talk and make sense of your experiences, can really help you to find new ways of living and being in the world, make sense of your emotions and to make changes in your life.

I welcome people who identify with GSRD  (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity) and people who are ethnically and culturally diverse.

I'm a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP with 5 years post-qualification experience, working with a range of issues.

How can I help?
I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk, think and explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. I am interested to hear about your past and present experiences, your relationships and how you view yourself and the world around you.

I am interested to explore any recurring patterns in your life and how past experiences may be holding you back. In exploring different aspects of yourself and your life, I'll help you to gain insight and consider new perspectives to help you find a way forward.

What to expect?
We will meet for an initial 50 minute session, so you can meet me, talk about your problem, what you'd like to gain from coming to therapy and decide whether you feel comfortable talking to me. Towards the end of the session, we can decide if we want to work together or you can have some time to think about it and let me know. If we decide to continue to work together, our sessions will take place on the same day, at the same time each week.

Where do I work?
I provide in-person sessions in Catford, SE6 (Forest Hill side of the area)  I am easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Forest Hill, Honor Oak Park, Ladywell, Crofton Park, Brockley, Sydenham, Hither Green and Lewisham.

I also provide online, video call sessions using Zoom.

I work on an open-ended/ongoing basis so we can work together for as long as it feels helpful for you.
